Linda Jay Geldens
Researcher, Writer, Editor
Linda Jay Geldens is an accomplished writer and editor with a variety
of newsletters, magazines and educational CD-ROMs to her credit.
She was once a marketing copywriter for US News & World Report in
Washington DC, and later in her career, she served as a reporter for
the Features and News sections of TV Technology, a national monthly
magazine. At TV Technology she wrote on subjects ranging from
underwater television as a teaching tool to interviews with the video
departments of Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

Linda has written and edited five educational multimedia CD-ROMS, including "Women
in Science," which is in a permanent exhibition at the Smithsonian Institution's Museum
of American Life.
She is currently writing and editing a new quarterly online/print newsletter for the Blood
Centers of the Pacific, San Francisco, as well as working on several book manuscripts
as an editor/researcher. She is the editor of Quarterly Updates and Annual Studies for
Trend/FOCUS, a market research firm, and copy editor for Syllabus, a monthly magazine
that focuses on education and technology.
Linda has a BA in English Literature from George Washington University.
